Ashley Bugg opened Athens Center for Massage Therapy in August 2006. Ashley is a state licensed massage therapist, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Athens Center for Massage Therapy focuses on the healing properties of massage, with an emphasis on neuromuscular therapy. Ashley, with her extensive bodywork training and in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, is able to recognize and address musculoskeletal and neuromuscular dysfunctions. She combines techniques from various modalities to address issues of chronic tension, stress reduction and pain management with her clients.
